Phoenix Arbitration & Mediation
Neutral arbitrators and mediators
Galbut & Galbut’s attorneys not only have extensive experience representing clients in arbitrations and mediations, but they are available to serve as neutral arbitrators and mediators.
For many years, our firm has represented clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA”) and the National Association of Securities Dealers (now known as “FINRA”). All of our lawyers have substantial experience with the arbitration process, which has become an important part of the firm’s practice. Galbut & Galbut’s arbitration experience with the AAA includes representing clients, as both claimant and respondent, in complex business, real estate, contract, business tort, and securities disputes. Many of the firm’s AAA cases are multi-million dollar disputes involving the “Large, Complex Commercial Dispute” rules of the AAA. The firm has also represented numerous customers and stock brokerage firms in securities and investment disputes before FINRA.
The firm also has extensive experience with mediation. Many of the firm’s cases in the state and federal court systems, and before the AAA and FINRA involve mediation. In appropriate cases, the business firm will utilize mediation in order to secure the best results in a cost effective manner for the client.
Further, Galbut & Galbut’s extensive involvement in and familiarity with the local legal community can be leveraged to assist in the selection of appropriate mediators and arbitrators for each case. The business firm’s wide-ranging background, including business, contract, finance, real estate, corporate intellectual property, and securities, provides each of our Phoenix business lawyers with the knowledge and expertise to meaningfully assist clients in the arbitration and mediation of disputes.
