Charles J. Morrow’s practice focuses on structuring and drafting complex corporate and real estate transactions, including contracts, loan documents, deeds of trust, lease agreements, lease amendments and assignments, guaranty agreements, corporate formation and governance documents, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, and settlement agreements. Mr. Morrow also directs the firm’s foreclosure practice, and is regularly involved with the evaluation of the application of Arizona’s anti-deficiency laws, potential deficiency judgments, and fair market value analyses.

Mr. Morrow was raised in Phoenix and received his A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University in 2003, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2008.

While in law school, Mr. Morrow served in externships to the Honorable Judge Heilman of the Maricopa County Superior Court and to the Office of the General Counsel of the Scottsdale Unified School District. In addition, Mr. Morrow served as a law clerk to the global corporate migration practice group of a large national law firm. An editor of the Arizona State Law Journal, Mr. Morrow was the recipient of the Best Student Article Award and was published in the fall of 2007. He was appointed to the Faculty Appointments Committee as a law student, actively participated in the College of Law’s Homeless Legal Assistance Project, and graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Morrow has spent significant time traveling and volunteering abroad in Mongolia and Spain. In his free time, Mr. Morrow continues to enjoy traveling, plays golf, and is an avid soccer player. Mr. Morrow was a member of Harvard University’s Men’s Soccer team from 1999 to 2003.
